The BF-7 Valor Fitness Olympic Bench with spotter stand is strong, solid, dependable and built to last. No moving parts just, a solid piece of steel equipment. The 3" high density rebounding pad contours for stability and allows your shoulders to have the proper freedom of movement. Spotter stand is there for those aggressive lifters! Keep working though, you’ll get there! Maximum weight capacity is 400 lbs plus user's weight.
