 The CA-4 Valor Fitness Boxing Corner Gym offers a full range of 7 stations for the individual or local club environment. 1: Vertical Knee Raise will focus on your abdomen, shoulders, lower back and hips. 2: Pull up station helps with arms, shoulders, wrist all in the pulling motion. 3: Push-ups will focus on arms, shoulders, wrist all in the pushing motion. 4: Dips are similar to push-ups but us a different muscle group in the shoulders, arms and wrists. 5: Double End Bag will build your eye-hand coordination while striking the bag. 6: Heavy Bag station allows both punching for boxing and kicking for kickboxing. 7: Speed Bag Platform can adjust +/- 14” offering a workout range for just about anyone. The 1” thick platform along with the solid steel tubing offer a solid resistance which allows more energy to be transferred to the bag and less energy to be wasted in vibration. Note: This unit Does NOT Include the Speed Bag Platform which can be purchased seperately.
