Fitness Plus remanufactured exercise equipment is the highest quality available and rivals both
the look and dependability of brand new machines. Each pre-owned piece of equipment is remanufactured and certified to deliver all the benefits of a brand new machine. Each machine is meticulously evaluated according to a strict factory protocol to ensure maximum performance. Our technicians are factory trained and certified by the original manufacturers such as: Cybex, Life Fitness, Stair Master, Tectrix and Unisen. Every technician is trained with the specifications necessary to rebuild a machine to nearly new condition. All high wear items such as: belts, chains, cables, etc. are always replaced with the finest quality new parts. Every metal service is re-powder coated or repainted using automotive quality paint. Even every nut, bolt and screw is replaced.
Fitness Plus also represents hundreds of manufactures and new products from treadmills to ellipticals and selectorized machines to dumbbells.

Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Checks (Personal or Cashier).
For commercial customers, we also offer financing and leasing and we accept purchase orders from municipalities.
Ordering / Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Orders normally ship within 5 to 10 working days. These times may be extended due to the back order of parts or may vary during the holidays or peak shipping seasons.

A Fitness Plus representative will contact you via phone, fax or e-mail regarding receipt and estimated ship date of your order within 48 hours.
Most products ship palletized via common carrier, fully assembled or requiring only minor assembly.
An owners-operational manual is included.
All shipping charges are in addition to product cost and are to be paid by the customer.
Shipping is freight collect - customer pays shipping company upon receipt of product.
Standard delivery is curbside unless otherwise noted

Please inspect all merchandise and note any visible damage on the freight bill prior to signing it. Fitness Plus is not responsible for shipping damage and the shipping carrier will not honor a claim without damage being noted on the freight bill.
Warranty
Remanufactured (Refurbished) Products:
Parts: All parts are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date received. Treadmill motors are warranted for 1 year. All parts will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Fitness Plus. Parts that Fitness Plus has determined to be defective will be replaced by Fitness Plus if the machine is located in Southern CA or shipped via UPS Ground to the customer if located outside of Southern California. (Next Day or Second Day delivery service is available at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible to return all defective parts to Fitness Plus within 10 days of replacement parts being received.
Labor: Products sold and located in Southern California include a 6-month labor warranty. Labor warranty is to be performed by Fitness Plus or a service company approved and authorized by Fitness plus. No Labor Warranty is offered outside of Southern California unless otherwise noted by Fitness Plus in writing. Free technical support via phone, email or fax is available on all products located outside of Southern California that are within the 6-month parts warranty. If additional assistance is required, Fitness Plus will recommend a qualified technician form our national service network (international assistance is also available in some regions).
Shipping Damage: Please inspect all merchandise and note any visible damage on the freight bill prior to signing it. Fitness Plus is not responsible for shipping damage and the shipping carrier will not honor a claim without damage being noted on the freight bill.
New Products:
Please see specific product / manufacturers description of warranty.
All warranties are VOID if damage is caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, alterations to the product, abnormal conditions, acts of god, or lack of preventative maintenance as described in the products owners manual.

Return Policy
The Fitness Plus Mission is to provide the perfect machines to suit our customers needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within the first 30 days of receiving it.
A twenty percent restocking fee will be applied for all returned or cancelled orders. Customers are also responsible for all return shipping charges.
