SPRI FT-V Focus Target
The Focus Target, with its 7" x 7" striking surface, requires a higher degree of punching and kicking accuracy than either the Punch Mitts or Punch & Kick Shield. The double clapper feature provides instant auditory striking accuracy feedback. The focus target is small and light enough to instantly change striking heights, angles and directions.
