Perform any and all-functional resistance pulley exercises with this simple, unique tubing system. The system consists of a sturdy nylon door attachment, 2 feet of variable resistance tubing, and an easy open-close metal clasp providing a secure attachment site for tubing system accessories.
When choosing the pully system, one must select at least one of the Tubing Systems with at least one of the Accessories below:
The Handle for upper body,The Dual-Hand Strap for mid-body, The Thigh Strap for lower body, or The Ankle Strap for lower body.
